Yesterday I had the honor of going out & doing a quick shoot for my sweet friend and fellow photog Melody…. as a surprise announcement for family & friends to hear that they are expecting baby #2. I just love sessions like this! It was even more fun that when I got home, I got a text from another friend wanting to do the same thing (don’t ask… my lips are sealed!)…… YAY for baby surprises!!!! Congrats Mel on your growing family… Love ya & many blessings!
Earlier this month I joined a great group of fabulous photogs and attended a Pinkle Toes workshop down in Austin. It was 3 days cram packed FULL of education, shooting, editing, networking…. and some YouTube fun! Three days was not long enough…. these ladies have become friends and we could have camped out and talked shop for weeks. Here are a few from each of the sessions we had….

The best part about the holiday season is family coming in town and getting a chance to capture their memories for them. These sessions are always the most fun… chatting, catching up, and watching kids grow. Their critter is such a cutie and has such pretty blue eyes… so glad I brought out my blue chair. Thanks guys for letting me shoot y’all, and I can’t wait to see y’all again!
This little cute wingman is my nephew… and I can’t beleive he’s already two! His birthday was a couple months ago, but it falls in the middle of my crazy busy season…. and if you’re my family, you know that you get shoved to the back burner sometimes. LOL…. but we had such gorgeous weather the other day and I finally got out there and shot this little cutie! He was in such a good mood and my brother was standing behind doing his thing that he does to get this character to laugh…. and man, was he laughing and having a good time! It’s bitter sweet to see the time fly. Love him!
I got the text last night that my college roomie was about to become a Mommy…. so this morning I drove down to Seton Medical Center in Austin to meet Sammie the IV… and man is he going to be a little heartbreaker… even Nana & Coco were instantly smitten! Smooth skin, blue eyes, blonde hair…. just a perfect little angel! Love you guys and Congrats on your new bundle.
