This sweet couple are students at UMHB… they met, went to class, went on a date, fell in love… and the rest is history.  We had our run of luck with bad, rainy, or windy weather and rescheduled their session 4 times… but I finally got to hang out with them in Salado Texas on the most ideal weather day… and I’m so glad we held out!  Congrats you guys… can’t wait for the Big Day!  (Another favorite of them here.)

I can’t believe I’ve known this beautiful bride for over 16 years…. it feels like yesterday that she was singing a Britney Spears song at the top of her lungs (who knows… maybe she was, LOL)… and I feel so lucky to call her a friend.  She is such a sweetheart and even more of a gorgeous bride… and it makes me happy to see her so in love.  Congrats sweetie and I wish you many years of happiness!

Another fav here.

Wedding Season has officially kicked off…. and this was a great one to start it off with.  Aaron and Suzy got married at The Inn at Salado in Salado Texas under the gorgeous giant oak tree and the evening was perfect.  The cake was made by Michelle’s Patisserie from Austin and man was it yummy.  Congrats Aaron & Suzy!  Thanks for letting me share in your day!

This couple drove in from Houston for me to shoot them…. and I’m soooo glad they did.  I absolutely LOVED working with them.  They are so relaxed and very natural in front of the camera, so of course it was torture for me to narrow down all the shots afterwards…. so many great ones.  Can’t wait for their wedding in March!

Leave some love for J&E below… and come “like” me on facebook to keep up with the latest!

I get asked all the time, “What camera do you shoot with?”… and I would just like to say, that everyone can Rock What They’ve Got… it’s not the camera that makes the picture… it’s the photographer…. just like it’s not the oven that makes the cake, it’s the baker.

Here’s my example….  this is the SOOC (straight out of camera)….

and here’s my edit….

Even with a great camera you can still have blah images… but it’s the photographer’s special touch that can turn it into something to hang on the wall forever.
